Copy your calendar link from your rental platform
Look for Export calendar, Sync calendars or iCal in your platform and copy the link. On Airbnb it is under Calendar, Availability settings, Connect calendars. Menu names can differ by platform, country and app version.

How does StayPilot connect to my listing?
Through your listing’s calendar link. You copy it from your rental platform and paste it into StayPilot. You never share your platform password.
What information does the calendar link include?
Reservation dates and a booking label. It does not include guest contact details or messages, so StayPilot cannot read your platform inbox.
Which rental platforms does it work with?
Yes. It works with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and any other platform that gives you a calendar link for your listing.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your properties and reservations are stored securely and are only visible to you when you are signed in to your account.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. For a charge you think was a mistake, contact support and we will review it.
